2 medium cucumbers
Rice vinegar
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Sugar
Thinly slice the cucumbers. Lay in a flat container. Add red pepper flakes to taste, I usually add 1 teaspoon. Then add 1 teaspoon each of sugar and salt. Now add enough rice vinegar to cover the cucumbers. Refrigerate 1 hour (no more than 24) and ENJOY.
