Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Its was Delish!!
Here's how it went:
I used 2 lbs of "BEEF CHUCK UNDER BLADE ROAST BONELESS" (I think any boneless roast will be good)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 envelope of french onion soup
(and veggies I had on hand)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
3 plum tomatoes
2 cups (about)of carrot matchsticks
6 petite red potatoes
1 can of corn
Salt and Pepper to taste

I chopped up all veggies. Put in the meat first then spread all veggies over. Next sprinkle the french onion soup. And last but not least add the can of tomato sauce. Cover and cook on high for about 6 hours, till meat is soft enough to shred.
My family enjoys it with rice. I like it in a bowl w a squeeze of lemon. However you choose to serve it, ENJOY!
